For IU/ IUPUI Schools, Departments and Offices (When collaborating/sponsoring with an external agency, the Special Event application must be submitted and approved prior to the commitment of campus space.)

Due to COVID-19, beginning August 1, 2020 and continuing until further notice, all events and conferences, both those hosted on university property and off-site, will require review by the University Event Request Committee (UERC) and approval by an executive vice president or designee.

An application will be reviewed by leaders on campus, you might be contacted with additional questions if needed. You will receive approval/ denial notification for your event by our team.
