The application will be reviewed and you will be contacted by Event and Conference Services within 2 – 3 business days with additional questions if needed. You will receive approval/ denial notification for your event by our team.
Upon submission of the Special Event Inquiry form, you may be asked to complete a detailed Special Event Application. This application assists Events and Conference Services in planning and coordinating your event and is routed and reviewed by campus leadership and stakeholders. For successful planning, we prefer to receive the Special Event Inquiry form within (4) weeks of your event.
